You can buy a ‘report only’ system, which are really prevalent, especially for workflow management. These will report and raise alarms for you but they don’t communicate, manage and ‘do something’ to keep your work on track. They don’t offer simple clickable messages to escalate to your relevant people. Adaworx will ‘do it’ under your own process map, and communicate directly to your staff, suppliers or partners.
